Hello! My name is Ahmad Widiyan.

An IT professional with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science, specializing in Information Systems, and nearly 4 years of hands-on experience. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, with exceptional problem-solving skills related to IT equipment, server and network configurations, and managing Quality of Service (QoS) within network infrastructures. Dedicated to delivering optimal technical support and effective solutions to ensure seamless company operations.

A little bit of my story

I have nearly five years of experience in the IT field, beginning my career as an IT support technician at a hospital. During this time, I developed a strong interest in network infrastructure and dedicated myself to in-depth studies in this area, recognizing its importance for my future professional growth. Consequently, I chose to transition to my current role, which aligns closely with my educational background and career aspirations.
